An unexpected surprise: A super well organised travel agency in the tourist center of HCMC!
Had before some doubts, because in the tourist center, did not expect too much and no good service. But it was the opposite, Tracy and her team were so super reliable, an enormous service orientation and outstanding care taking.

Ms Trang is an amazing person and she gave us the itinerary according to my parents where they could leisurely enjoy vietnam without stress or tension. She has given the best hotels and the service is beyond words. Everything was co ordinated perfectly from the pick up at the airport till the hotels and the travel. The tour coordination, arrangement and support was fantastic.
Vietnam was a very nice place to visit for family vacation and the country infrastructure compete the international standard.

I went to one day tour to Mekong delta with this agency. They explained me very well the activities in the ongoing tour and the tour was really like that. Great value for the money. I also asked for travel arrangement for my next destination and Tracy (travel agent) booked the best connection from nearby station and provided me with guidance for transfers. I highly recommend this agency for their professionality, good English communication and overall helpfulness.

Just spotted this place while walking post my breakfast. Booked for HCM full day tour. We got lovely tour guide Miss Twin ( My bad forgot her Vietnamese name ). She explained the history in brief and we have exchanged lots of info between our countries. Tour schedule, lunch everything was perfect . Happy to choose them if I visit next time to HCM City. We did the two day tour of the Mekong delta. It was a wonderful experience!

We popped into the shop to book it and the staff at the counter were helpful and spoke English.

The tour guide went out of his way for us. On the day of the trip the pick up from the hotel went very smoothly. The guide called (on WhatsApp) a few minutes before the agreed time to tell us they were on their way and would be there in five minutes. Throughout the trip he kept us informed about the itinerary, explained local practices, handed out water, etc. All in good English and with everyone in mind.

The driver of the van was excellent as well, anticipating bumps in the road and driving with the caution many Europeans will appreciate.

In short, the tour was lovely. The one downside was maybe the hotel in Can Tho, which had spacious yet someone outdated rooms. All in all good value for money!

Found GoGo Travel when looking for Hotels near Bui Vien Street and approached them after reading their reviews. My experience was nothing short of amazing. We organised transfers from the airport to hotel, Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Tour, transfer from Hoi An to Hue, 2 x 2 berth sleepers on train from Hue to Hanoi, and transfers to and from Ha Long and Hanoi. Everything went seamlessly and they kept in contact with me throughout via WhatsApp to ensure we did not have any problems. Miss Tracy, Miss Ngoc, and the whole team at GoGo Travel can accommodate all your travel needs throughout Vietnam and I highly recommend them.

We book with them the CuChi Tunnels tour and a taxi to the airport. The booking was easy and cheaper than in our hotel and the girls working there were so friendly and sweet and very helpful, highly recommended!
