AirAsia offers a wide network of flights across Asia, and to select destinations in Australia, the Middle East, and the United States through its long-haul affiliate, AirAsia X.

• Domestic Flights: Extensive coverage within Malaysia, including cities like Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Langkawi, Kota Kinabalu, and Kuching.
• International Flights: Major destinations include Bangkok, Jakarta, Manila, Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, Sydney, and many others across Asia and beyond.

Booking and Check-in

• Booking: Flights can be booked via the AirAsia website, mobile app, or travel agents. They often offer promotional fares and discounts.
• Check-in: Passengers can check in online, via the mobile app, or at airport kiosks. Online check-in is typically available from 14 days up to 4 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Baggage Policy

• Carry-on Baggage: Passengers are allowed one cabin bag (max 7 kg) and one small item (e.g., laptop bag or handbag).
• Checked Baggage: Baggage allowance must be purchased separately. Options range from 15 kg to 40 kg, depending on the route and fare class.

In-Flight Services

• Seating: Standard seats are available, with options to purchase Hot Seats (seats with extra legroom) and Premium Flatbed seats on AirAsia X flights.
• Meals: Pre-booked hot meals are available for purchase. In-flight snacks and beverages can be bought during the flight.
• Entertainment: Limited in-flight entertainment on short-haul flights; AirAsia X offers personal entertainment devices for rent on longer flights.

Fare Types

• Low Fare: Basic fare, no frills. Additional services like baggage, meals, and seat selection can be added for a fee.
• Premium Flex: Offers flexibility with flight changes, a larger baggage allowance, and priority boarding.
• Flatbed (AirAsia X): Premium product with lie-flat seats, extra baggage allowance, meals, and priority services.

Loyalty Program

• AirAsia BIG Loyalty: Frequent flyer program where members can earn BIG Points on flights and other purchases, redeemable for free flights, seat upgrades, and other rewards.

COVID-19 Measures
